How to use this file

  1. List the actual purpose and a recent outcome for each recurring meeting.
  2. Look at placement, preparation and follow-up alongside duration.
  3. Connect an observed condition to a specific task without assuming causation.
  4. Try one adjustment and check whether the required coordination still happens.

Open the file in an ordinary editor or spreadsheet. It is a manual resource, usable with or without FlowSight. It does not imply automatic agent import or integration.

A worked example

Fictional example: a recurring update splits the testing period; move it near another meeting while preserving the decision the update supports.
